I have to agree with Lisa, I was just having coffee in the morning instead of cereal, and was feeling hungry and tired in the day, which meant having "junk food" fixes, and the weight pilled on. When I started having breakfast agian I felt better and lost the weight because I was not binge eating all day on rubbish. It makes sense really.

It was interesting to read the story about the importance of having a good breakfast. I have found, now that I'm not a child anymore that I often miss breakfast, and do feel tired throughout the day. The comments about then over eating during the day, un-healthy snacks is also quite true. So the message really is take the few minutes to eat a nutritional breakfast and you will feel better and look better for it.
